We met online in July of 2015 on social media, and decided to meet up at Chakos Bowling Alley for the first time. After meeting for the first time, the rest was history! Our first date was at the movies seeing "The Vacation" and shortly after David asked Krista to be his girlfriend on her 20th birthday August 14th, 2015. David and his daughter, Laylah, shortly moved in with Krista in October 2015, and later asked Krista to marry him at a waterfall in Maine while on vacation in August of 2017.

They will be getting married on their 5th anniversary of being together.
